Creating Replit Account

• Go to your web browser and type Replit.
• Click on 'Signup',
  NOTE: Make sure to use your university username as your replit username , enter your UR email id and set a min 8 character long password
• Account is created, check your UR webmail for confirmation link and click on verify now
• You have Successfully created and verified your Replit Account

Remixing the app on replit

Remixing the app files is like making your own duplicate of someone else's work. This allows you to make changes and edits without affecting the original file.

1. Access Replit Labs link:
   • After creating and verifying your replit account. Log in to your account and click on the Replit Labs link on UR courses.
   
2. Click the Remixing this app Button:
   • Once on the lab page, locate the "Remixing this app" button in the top right corner, above the Lab 1 heading. Click on it to create your copy.
   
3. Log in(if prompted):
   • If prompted, click on "log in". Log in using your replit account credentials.
   
4. Remixing this app:
   • After logging in, locate and click on "Remix App" in the bottom right corner. This action creates your individual version of the lab.
   
5. Add Your Code:
   • Once you've Remixed the app, you can start adding your content.
